MMBiz helps students develop their research, analytical thinking, interview, personal communications, planning and writing skills.

Students learn how manage their personal finances and begin to investigate careers that would match their goals and values. MMBiz has been designed for students within the age range of 14 – 19 years.

The concepts are appropriate for a wide age range. MMBiz is an 8-unit course

Each session represents a class of approximately 60-90 minutes. Depending on the age and experience of the students, the amount of time needed to cover the units will vary.

Part of the learning process is intended to be the students’ own research. Their research will be through conversations with local financial services providers and government regulators, and, if the class has computer access, via the Internet.

Students who successfully complete MMBiz are entitled to a Certificate of Achievement.
