The Elementary School Program shows the relevance of education to the workplace. It consists of six educational and fun programs which run through primaries one to six for 5weeks giving an hour each a week. These programs are in order of sequence and this sequential approach helps the pupils understand their economic world and prepares them for academic learning. It involves a variety of hands-on activities delivered a volunteer, who also serves as a role model. The highlight goes thus;

  • Ourselves - This focuses on individual and the roles individual play in the economy as a worker and a consumer;
  • Our Families - This identifies what a family is and how family members work together;
  • Our Community - This leads student through the discovery of a community and the businesses that operates within a community;
  • Our City - It identifies businesses that can be found in a typical city and the type of workers they require;
  • Our Nation - It introduces to student the basics of starting businesses in the free enterprise;
  • Our World - This theme introduces the students to the key aspects of economies in various counties, showing that most countries are economically interdependent.
